So we haven't posted in a while. Sorry about that. Just as a little update... Steven (me) is trying to get hired into seminary full-time. Actually, we will find out one week from today whether I am going to get hired or not. We are nervous but excited for the possibilities. Kami is 8.5 months pregnant and cute as ever! Any weight that she has put on is all in the stomach. Jake is cute and fun and smart as ever. He is trying so hard to talk and is doing really well at it. For example, he tries to say, "trash" but says, "Bul ssh". We're working on that one before he starts saying it in nursery! Here are a few updated pictures from our life right now.
The other day we went to the airport and ate dinner in the truck and watched the planes land & take off... it was a blast!

Kami opened the fridge to get something and when she turned back around, this is what she saw!

We went to Pima and re-did our roof. Jake loved having a yard!
He wanted to sit in this seat (which he doesn't fit in anymore) AND shoot the ball. Jake will shoot on this hoop for about 2 hours a day! (I love it!)
He wanted to use his fork while eating his Burger... this is the result.

Hey I don't know you, but I went to Westwood with Kami. How do you like the seminary program? My husband is a high school math teacher and is thinking about switching to teaching Seminary. And tips/advice?

Love the updates! You guys are the cutest family...good parents! That picture of you guys just watching the airplanes, LOVE it! I used to take my kids there and just watch the airplanes, while waiting for John to fly home from a business trip. I never thought of making a picnic out of it! Love it!
Did you guys keep your house? For some reason I thought you sold it. Is someone living there? Looks like life has been fun. You two seriously have the cutest little guy. I can't wait to see the new little one. Thanks for keeping us posted Steven :)
Maybe our boys will be on the same basketball team! Conner loves to shoot for hours on his basketball hoop too.
OK, yes Jake is the cutest ever! I'm not just saying that because I'm his grandma. I'm so proud of you guys, you are a great family and wonderful example to us and all around you. PLEASE STAY HERE IF YOU GET HIRED!!!! I can't live without you guys.

Everyone is different, but I LOVE teaching seminary! The best advice I can give him is to call Brother Ric Moon @ 602.349.0811. He is in charge of hiring in AZ. He know the process really well. Good luck!
